From all the data we have and analysis above we would draw the conclusion below:
- Temperature affects the rate of chemical reaction, the warmer the water is, the faster the reaction will be; the colder the water is, the slower the reaction would be. - Concentration affects the rate of chemical reaction, the higher the concentration is of the reactant is, the faster the reaction happens; the lower the concentration of the reactant is, the slower the slower the reaction happens. - Surface area affects the rate of chemical reaction, the larger the surface area of the reactant is, the faster the reaction will be; the smaller the surface area of the reactant is, the slower the reaction will be. - Presence of a catalyst affects the rate of chemical reaction. CuCl2 is the strongest catalyst in all three, KI is the second strongest catalyst, and NaCl doesn’t act as a catalyst.
